Heartline Ministries + Amazima Ministries

I've known about Amazima Ministries for a while. It's an incredible program founded in 2008 by Katie Davis (www.kissesfromkatie.blogspot.com), Amazima Ministries serves the most vulnerable in Uganda through education sponsorship, feeding, vocational outreach, discipleship and medical care. Above all, Amazima desires that GOD is glorified and people who otherwise have no hope, would place their hope in Him, our Lord and Savior.

God has blessed me abundantly with all the opportunities to show others His love and grace through One Twenty Seven Photography. One opportunity being able to share about Amazima to others.

Also, if you haven't read Katie's book, Kisses From Katie, go NOW and buy it HERE!! Hurry, your heart will be beautifully broken!

A story of Relentless Love and Redemption...

Another ministry I now have a big ole' soft spot for is Heartline Ministries. Go HERE and read about how God is doing amazing, awesome things for the precious people of Haiti. I was introduced to Heartline last October when I stayed at their guest house during a mission trip. Heartline is a 501(c)(3) faith based organization formed to operate an orphanage, women’s program and other programs in Port-au-Prince Haiti. The organization was established in September of 2000 to formalize the independent work of John & Beth McHoul, who are the founding directors of the organization. John & Beth McHoul have been working in Haiti for over 20 years.

My team and I were so blessed to be able to tour the Maternity Center, Gift Shop which has tons of hand-crafted goodies by the beautiful women being served at the Women's Center where they learn how to sew, bead and cook!

...now go check out their websites and see what great things God is doing in the lives of Ugandans and Haitians needing some love!
